ATLANTA, June 24, 2016 — Liaison Technologies, a recognized leader in cloud-based integration and data management solutions, announced the company has named Peter Rodenhauser its Senior Vice President of Customer Operations. In his new position, Rodenhauser will oversee US Professional Services and Managed Services, while assuming global responsibility for Customer Support.
In his role, Rodenhauser supports Liaison customers to deliver the data integration and management strategies to solve complex data challenges. The promotion is a strategic organizational change that both acknowledges Rodenhauser’s strong performance and leadership, but also helps to operationalize Liaison Technologies’ stated goal to move Managed Services into closer alignment with Customer Support. Rodenhauser has assumed oversight responsibility for various customer-focused automation initiatives, including serving as executive sponsor overseeing the Enterprise ServiceNow project.
