Peter Rodenhauser to lead Liaison’s global Managed Services for enterprise and mid-market customers
ATLANTA — March 6, 2012 —
Liaison Technologies, a global provider of secure cloud-based integration and data management services and solutions, announced today record growth in 2011 for its Managed Services offerings, a core component of its business for over a decade. Revenue from domestic and global Managed Services grew almost 20 percent last year as the company continued to evolve its traditional cloud-based enterprise application and B2B / EDI integration business to include more complex data management and integration scenarios—including on-premise-to-cloud, SaaS-to-on-premise, SaaS-to-cloud and cloud-to-cloud.
To oversee Liaison’s growth in cloud-based and on-premise integration and data management for enterprise and mid-market companies, Liaison promoted Peter Rodenhauser to vice president of Managed Services. Rodenhauser oversees Liaison Managed Services teams in Atlanta, Finland, the Netherlands and at its Managed Services hub in Carbondale, Ill. Prior to joining Liaison, he was director of Professional Services at Softshare (acquired by Liaison in 2010).
“Liaison is uniquely positioned to be a single, global solution provider for all multi-enterprise data management and integration needs,” said Larry Mieldezis, Liaison COO. “We’re seeing a big interest in Managed Services from both B2B customers and in the application-to-application (A2A) space. We’re pleased Peter has agreed to drive our Managed Services strategy as we seek to replicate our success and expand our customer base by providing full-service data integration and management services as a Cloud Services Brokerage.”
Liaison credits its growth in Managed Services to its decade of experience providing unique application and B2B integration services, its advanced technology and infrastructure in a cloud-based model, its team of skilled technologists who understand the complexities of all types of data integration and data management, and a flexible service level agreement (SLA) policy.
“Unlike other Managed Services providers, we don’t force our customers into a standard service level agreement,” said Peter Rodenhauser. “Instead, we adapt it to their challenges and specific integration requirements. Our ‘tailor-fit’ SLA strategy is the foundation of our high customer satisfaction levels.”
According to Rodenhauser, application integration has become cumbersome, costly and resource-intensive at a time when many companies simply don’t have the resources available. In addition, more companies are leveraging the cloud for their IT infrastructure and business processes, which creates more complex data integration and management challenges.
“To keep costs down and ensure continuity between on-premise and cloud-based applications and processes, it makes sense to turn to a full-service, Managed Services data integration company and Cloud Services Brokerage like Liaison, which can manage multiple cloud connections and also take care of integration in every situation,” he said.
